Description Summary METRO RTA is searching for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision making throughout the organization. Role and Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities: Source, clean, and transform large datasets from internal and external sources Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences Independently complete data analysis projects from start to finish Additional Responsibilities: Collaborate with various departments to improve transit efficiency through data analysis Create data sets for submission to external audiences on a regular and as-needed basis Qualifications and Education Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear and concise narratives for diverse audiences.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other relevant data analysis tools and techniques Preferred Skills Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
