We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Microbiology Technician to support validation activities that help ensure products are manufactured in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal quality standards, and current industry practices. This role is ideal for a quality-focused professional with experience in validation documentation, data analysis, and problem-solving within a regulated manufacturing or laboratory environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare installation and test validation procedures, protocols, and related documentation in alignment with regulatory agency requirements and internal company standards.
  • Compile, review, and analyze validation data to assess results and identify trends, risks, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare validation reports and provide recommendations for process changes, corrective actions, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot validation-related issues, working cross-functionally to identify practical and compliant solutions.
  • Maintain accurate validation documentation, records, and files to support audit readiness and ongoing compliance.
  • Apply current industry practices and quality principles to support consistent, reliable manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements
  • Mid-level experience in QC microbiology, validation, quality assurance, or a related function within a regulated environment.
  • Working knowledge of validation principles, documentation practices, and applicable regulatory expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile data, interpret results, and prepare clear technical reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate, compliant records.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
