Technical Instructor
The Opportunity:

As a Technical Instructor on our team, you'll provide in person platform instruction for our client. You'll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you'll be armed with the resources you need to excel.
Be empowered to tap into your creative thinking, technical expertise, and experience to manage and deliver training using the multiple instructional design systems, techniques, and process to create learning objectives, ensuring a variety of learning styles for learners' needs.
Use your experience with training materials, methodologies, and delivery techniques to cultivate a learning environment that actively promotes learner engagement. Your skills will ensure that we deliver the best quality of instruction.

You Have:
  • Experience in developing and delivering training on the use of Jupyter Notebooks, API integrations, metadata management, and structured data layer development
  • Experience with secure data environments, role-based access controls (RBAC), and cataloging standards
  • Experience in creating and adapting instructional content for technical users, including practical exercises that simulate real-world data processing, analysis, and visualization tasks
  • Knowledge of data engineering, geospatial analysis, and open-source intelligence (OSINT) methodologies
  • Ability to coordinate with the Training Coordinator to align delivery with broader training objectives and ensure content is responsive to Government-directed priorities
  • Ability to facilitate documentation, post-training support, and dynamic engagement with both U.S. and partner nation personnel
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in an Education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or Data Science field, or 5+ years of experience in technical training, curriculum development, or applied instruction

  • Experience supporting interagency collaboration, training program evaluation, or working with international or partner-nation personnel preferred
  • Ability to develop practical, scenario-based technical content
  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
