Work Schedule: M-F, 40 hours/week (Flex time, Comp time, and Extended Work Week (EWW) approved)

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Preparing regular and ad hoc performance reports to provide valuable insights.
  • Creating documents, databases, reports, and presentations as required to support our initiatives.
  • Providing support to the Sponsor's business analytics stakeholders whenever needed.
  • Apply AI and ML techniques to unstructured data sets, unlocking hidden patterns and insights.
  • Utilize statistical techniques to create models using enterprise data warehouses and/or data lakes.
  • Collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals, sharing knowledge and ideas to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:General Office environment. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers.

Physical Requirements:

  • Most work will be done at a desk or computer.

Attendance:

  • Attendance is critical at all times. Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday. However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements. Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.

Other Essential Functions:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others. Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation.
  • Must be able to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing. Must be well-organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.Must work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements. Must be willing to travel as needed. Must take and pass a drug test and background check as well as a motor vehicle records check. Must be a US citizen.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • A bachelor's degree in a strongly quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or Computational Linguistics.
  • A strong background in data analysis, with a strong understanding of SQL principles.
  • Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with a creative mindset to devise innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in developing data products including dashboards and printable reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must be able to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be well-organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements.

$190,000-$205,000
