  • Evaluate business performance, financial models, and competitive positioning.
  • Work across departments to study and integrate diverse data sources.
Turn Data into Action
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, compelling recommendations. 
  • Present insights that influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
Measure & Optimize
  • Help develop key metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators. 
  • Support strategic, operational, and financial initiatives through data-driven insights.
Monitor & Evolve
  • Track the success of business initiatives and recommend improvements. 
  • Ensure alignment with Cobb EMCโ€™s mission and long-term strategy.

What You BringRequired:
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Statistics.

  • Minimum two years working experience in utility generation planning, financial forecasting, rates, production cost modeling, budgeting, planning and forecasting, data mining or equivalent experience.  

  • Working experience with databases, database access, data interpretation, strategy development, process improvement and data presentation. 

Preferred:
  • Experience in the energy industry

  • Experience with electric rate design and strategy

  • Masterโ€™s Degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics or related field 

  • Possesses a working knowledge of statistics, programming and predictive modeling.
