Job Description

The Data Analyst will use client platform data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights supporting mission objectives and system improvements. Work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements, ensure data quality and governance compliance, and develop methodologies for data collection, analysis, and visualization.

Responsibilities

Create reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance, costs, usage, and customer satisfaction. Perform advanced data analysis using statistical methods, data mining, and predictive analytics, integrating data from various sources to uncover correlations and forecast future needs. Validate data accuracy, document processes, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with technical teams to optimize data systems, implement improvements, and develop reusable analytical components. Additionally, they will evaluate and implement tools, train users on analytics capabilities, and stay current with advancements in analytics techniques and technologies, bringing innovative approaches to their work.

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of additional equivalent experience) in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Knowledge of data analysis, visualization, and/or report development for large-scale environments

Security Clearance:

  • Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
