Internship Overview

The Monitoring and Utilization Intern supports our Customer Service team with product adoption, data analysis, and operational reporting for regional client accounts. This hands-on internship provides direct exposure to product strategy, cross-functional operations, and executive reporting.

What You'll Do:

  • Track, organize, and analyze recurring system utilization data across key account segments.
  • Assist with root-cause investigations for security events, centralizing key evidence and documentation.
  • Deliver high-impact performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deploy strategies that drive customer engagement and product efficiency.
  • Support predictive forecasting for product metrics, cost modeling, and internal process improvements.

What We're Looking For: 

  • Must live in/near Columbia, SC and be able to work on-site at our campus office.
  • 10-15 hours per week (we offer flexible scheduling around your class schedule).
  • Proficiency in data analysis, comfort learning internal database tools, and strong written/verbal communication.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Compensation for this internship is $15.00/hour.
