Job Description

The data analyst will provide business intelligence, data visualization support and various data analysis services that include, but are not limited to: data mining, exploratory data analysis, data visualization, and Tableau report development. 

We seek qualified candidates with experience and backgrounds in statistics, business intelligence, data visualization and systems analysis and design for the position of data analyst.  The person will provide business intelligence and data visualization support and various data analysis services that include, but are not limited to: data mining, exploratory data analysis, data visualization, and Tableau report development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities include:

Identify, extract, integrate and analyze multiple, complex data and data sets to inform strategic and organizational improvements;

Conduct trend and predictive analysis to drive innovative solutions to service delivery;

Design and implement dashboards and continually work with users to produce ad-hoc reports as needed;

Work with users to define requirements for Tableau reports and support the implementation and customization of Tableau reports;

Conduct market research and manage requirements for BI solutions;

Design reporting workflows and support adaptable business process improvement and scalable reporting processes;

Perform web and customer experience analytics;

Support the development of digital analytics measurement strategies;

Provide expertise and cross-training to staff in the use of data analytics.


Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple work streams, multi-task and work well under tight deadlines. Must have a strong attention to detail and ability to manage own delivery with challenging targets.
