Senior Data Analyst (Business Analysis, Associate) Position Location Washington, DC

The MIL Corporation is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Business Analysis, Associate) to support a Federal government client in Washington, DC.

This position currently requires an on-site schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Transform raw data into meaningful insights that support informed organizational decision-making.
  • Work across multiple data sources using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Python.
  • Research, analyze, and visualize data, including budget-related information, in ways that are understandable to non-technical and non-budget stakeholders.
  • Identify patterns, uncover opportunities, and translate complex datasets into actionable business strategies.
  • Develop, design, and troubleshoot dashboards to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to extract data figures and understand reporting needs.
  • Create presentations and materials that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve data issues and enhance reporting processes.

  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Ability to develop and troubleshoot dashboard designs.

  • Ability to create clear and effective data presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and be able to upgrade to a Top Secret (TS) clearance as required.
