Sales Operations and Trade Show Manager
Mission-Driven CPG Startup
Dallas, TX Metro Area - Hybrid
Salary Range: $55,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience + annual bonus potential based on performance
Terrific Sales Operations and Trade Show Manager with a CPG startup focused on brain health. The position will be based in the Dallas, TX metro area and will operate on a hybrid schedule.
The Manager will be a critical role partnering across the company to ensure operational excellence. The position will partner with sales, operations, supply chain, accounting, and marketing. Candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide management to all sales portals
  • Ensure pricing updates and adjustments
  • Maintain product information within customer and distributor systems
  • Analyze sales reports generated from broker and distribution portals
  • Manage the execution of trade shows, retail activations, and other events
  • Collaborate across the organization and proactively solve operations challenges
Qualifications:
  • Approximately 4+ years of relevant operations experience in natural products
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Technologically savvy and expertise with syndicated data platforms and data aggregation
  • Experience utilizing ERP systems such as NetSuite
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Capable of working independently in a remote hybrid environment
  • Experience with and ability to set up and take down trade show booths, displays, and sampling stations
