Responsibilities
SPA is seeking an experienced Acquisition Program Analyst to lead the development of transformational acquisition proposals in support of OSW Acquisition Acceleration Reviews (AARs). The analyst will function as both an action officer and strategic advisor, coordinating across multiple stakeholders in the Pentagon, Services, PEOs, and other oversight offices to maintain momentum on acquisition transformation initiatives, track multiple concurrent efforts, and ensure timely delivery of products that reflect leadership's priorities rather than diluted consensus positions.
