Job description

Do you thrive on building strong relationships and turning them into successful partnerships?
HULK isn't just another oilfield services company. We're a passionate group of designers, engineers, and innovators dedicated to creating advanced cable protection systems for the production sector. From ESP cross-coupling systems to downhole tools, we're all about providing solutions that keep our clients' operations running smoothly.
As our new Account Manager, you'll be the bridge between HULK and our ever-expanding network of customers in North Dakota, Wyoming, Utah, and Colorado. Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day:

  • Grow our customer base: Strategically develop alliances with potential and existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
  • Relationship Rockstar: Become a trusted advisor by building and maintaining strong relationships with all levels within your client organizations.
  • Hitting the Target: Develop a data-driven approach to achieve your assigned sales quotas and contribute to HULK's overall growth.

  • Solution Architect: Uncover your customers' challenges and propose effective solutions from OTS's innovative product portfolio.
  • Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (supply chain, engineering, finance) to deliver exceptional solutions for our clients.
  • Hit the Road: Travel to customer locations to foster strong connections and close deals.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Oil & Gas Expertise: A minimum of 3 years in operations/sales or 3 years in oil & gas production experience
  • Technical Sales Savvy: Experience selling technical products is a bonus.
  • Is a lead generation and management pro: You have a knack for turning leads into opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Builds bridges, not walls: You excel at building strong, lasting relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Influencer with a capital "I": Your influence and persuasion skills are top-notch, allowing you to present and close deals effectively.
  • Communication is key: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills to connect with a diverse audience.
  • Trustworthy and Ethical: Integrity and confidentiality are paramount to you.
  • Thrives in a Team (or Flies Solo): You can seamlessly work independently and collaboratively.
  • Problem-solving Sherlock Holmes: You have a keen eye for detail and can solve problems logically and analytically.
  • Time Management Maestro: You prioritize effectively and meet deadlines consistently.

  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision coverage start immediately
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: Maximize your income with performance-driven commission.
  • Career Growth & Development: Join a company that values talent and offers opportunities for advancement.
