Job description

DAS Systems Performance Engineer / Technical Lead

Denver, Colorado | Full-Time | In-Person (~60% Office / 40% Field)

Base Salary: $105,000โ€“$155,000, based on level (Systems Performance Engineer, Senior, or Technical Lead)

About the Role

DAS Integrators, LLC (DASi) is hiring an experienced DAS Systems Performance Engineer / Technical Lead to grow our Cellular DAS engineering capabilities. In this role, youโ€™ll lead RF performance analysis, commissioning, optimization, and troubleshooting for active Cellular DAS systems, while also contributing to DASiโ€™s established Public Safety/ERCES team. Public Safety experience isnโ€™t required โ€” DASi provides training and development for strong Cellular DAS candidates.

This position may be structured at the Systems Performance Engineer, Senior Systems Performance Engineer, or Technical Lead level depending on your experience and technical depth.

What You'll Do
  • Analyze RF performance data โ€” benchmark, scanner, and iBwave survey outputs, and 4G/5G KPIs โ€” to evaluate system performance

  • Commission, optimize, and troubleshoot active Cellular DAS systems

  • Review DAS designs, RF assumptions, link budgets, BOMs, and technical deliverables

  • Provide technical direction to designers, drafters, and field teams

  • Validate results from PIM, sweep/DTF, OTDR, and commissioning tests

  • Develop repeatable commissioning processes, SOPs, and mentor team members

  • Support Public Safety/ERCES engineering, commissioning, and testing

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of RF, in-building wireless, Cellular DAS, RAN, Small Cell, or related technical experience

  • Strong RF fundamentals and systematic troubleshooting ability

  • Working knowledge of active DAS architecture, RF distribution, fiber connectivity, and commissioning

  • Ability to interpret 4G/5G KPIs and translate data into actionable engineering direction

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)

  • Willingness to work full-time in the Denver area, in an approximately 60% office / 40% field role

Nice to Have
  • Experience with ADRF ADXV, SOLiD ALLIANCE, or Nextivity QUATRA platforms

  • iBwave certification (Level 1, 2, or 3)

  • Public Safety/ERCES experience (e.g., Comba CriticalPoint, Westell, Fiplex)

  • NICET, FCC GROL, or relevant manufacturer certifications

  • PIM, line sweep/OTDR, spectrum analyzer, or RF scanner testing experience

Benefits:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Aflac options.

  • Sick Time and Generous Paid Time Off

  • 401k with company match
