The DAS Forman is a highly skilled and experienced DAS Foreman to lead and manage our DAS installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DAS installations, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, Supervise and coordinate DAS installation projects with team members, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Oversee the daily activities of the installation crew, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
  • Conduct site assessments, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure successful project completion.
  • Communicate effectively with crew members, project managers, and clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and any change to the SOW.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a DAS Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the telecommunications industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of DAS systems, installation techniques, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications.
  • Strong knowledge in Sweep, PIM, and OTDR testing.

Required Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a DAS Foreman.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
  • Value safety over and above all other considerations
  • Perform all work safely and efficiently/always utilize correct PPE
  • Basic knot tying and safe rigging principles required to load material on trailers

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
The physical demands and work environment described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Work on work sites
  • Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license
  • Able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background, drug testing and MVR
