Danner's Inc., a respected leader in Maritime Transportation and Security, is expanding our team in Pasadena, TX. We are seeking skilled Video Monitoring Agents to join our team. Ideal candidates will be reliable and committed to providing excellent customer service. This is an in-office position.
Job Duties:
As a Video Monitoring Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients and internal teams.
  • Observe live and recorded video feeds from security cameras to detect suspicious activities
  • Report incidents
  • Ensure the safety and security of individuals and property

Shift: Part Time with option for Full Time
Requirements:
Qualified Video Monitoring Agents shall meet the following general amp; physical requirements.

General:
  • Must be age 18 years of age or older to apply REQUIRED
  • Level 2 Security License preferred
  • TWIC Card preferred
  • Prior experience preferred
  • Be observant and have attention to detail
  • Capable of using technology. (Computer, multi-line phone) Must have proficient, computer and typing skills.
  • Able and resilient in responding to changing schedules
  • Sense of urgency, initiative, and follow-through
  • Desire to work in a team environment in a growing company
  • Able to think proactively and respond appropriately to changing requirements
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to proficiently speak, read amp; write English
  • Must be employment eligible based on background requirements to include criminal background check, clean MVR, health/drug screen
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
