Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensure baking center equipment, facilities, and ingredients are clean, sanitized, and sterile according to O&H Danish Bakery safety, product, and quality standards.
2. Assist Supervisor in training and development, performance management, and ensuring quality and production standards of the Sanitation team and baking center.
3. Ensure SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) for all processes / equipment.
4. Ensure that all workers on sanitation teams are trained and adhere to the company’s GMPs. This includes supporting the training and onboarding of new employees.
5. Ensure that all workers on sanitation teams are trained and adhere to the company’s HACCP and other food safety procedures.
6. Provide knowledge of chemical mixes and MSDS and oversee team member’s use of chemicals and proper safety procedures.
7. Proactively identify sanitation inconsistencies and work towards resolution.
8. Support and assist with employee relations issues and disciplinary action.
9. Other duties as assigned

10. Restaurant management experience a plus
