Job description

Immediate Short-Term Opportunity


Meridian Global Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable, outgoing, and energetic individuals to assist with a special marketing project distributing flyers throughout designated areas.

This is a temporary project expected to last a span of several days, depending on the number of flyers being distributed and overall project needs.


Pay Rate: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
Schedule: Approximately 6 hours - 8 hours per day
Project Duration: Span of several days; additional days may be available based on project needs


Responsibilities:

  • Distribute marketing flyers throughout assigned locations and high-traffic areas
  • Professionally engage with the public and provide basic information about the opportunity being promoted
  • Follow assigned distribution routes and project instructions
  • Ensure marketing materials are distributed efficiently throughout designated areas
  • Represent the company in a professional, positive, and approachable manner
  • Provide progress updates to the project manager


Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Outgoing, professional, and comfortable approaching and engaging with people
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods
  • Comfortable working outdoors
  • Ability to work independently and follow assigned routes
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, promotions, brand ambassador work, canvassing, or flyer distribution is strongly required
  • Must be available to work all required days
  • Social Media experience a plus
