As a Service Support Representative , you’ll be at the heart of our North American Drives aftersales team—helping customers get the support they need to keep their operations running smoothly. Your work will directly shape how customers experience Danfoss and the quality of service they receive.

You’ll build meaningful relationships with customers, service partners, and internal teams while ensuring service requests, warranty cases, and field support are handled quickly and professionally. By delivering exceptional service, you’ll reinforce trust in Danfoss and strengthen long‑term partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and service partners, providing support with product inquiries, spare part pricing, order entry, tracking, and follow‑up.

  • Manage incoming service cases and coordinate activities with technical support and partner technicians to ensure timely on‑site service delivery.

  • Arrange materials and documentation needed for field work, including warranty support, start‑ups, and service visits.

  • Promote and quote DrivePro® services to help customers get the most value from their Danfoss solutions.

  • Process partner invoices, issue return authorizations, and ensure all service documentation is completed accurately.

What We're Looking For

  • An associate degree and experience in customer service/aftersales support OR a Bachelor's in Engineering or Business.

  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Experience with SAP (order management/fulfillment) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to navigate customer situations with care.

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work successfully in a multicultural environment; CRM experience (such as Salesforce) is a plus.
