- Define clear role expectations, standards, and coaching guidelines so every member receives a dependable experience.
- Set and uphold quality standards for coaching across the member base, from Inner Circle to broader membership.
- Observe, evaluate, and develop coaches, providing feedback that continuously raises the bar.
- Identify and address performance gaps early, and recognize and retain top coaching talent.
- Maintain coaching resources, playbooks, and best practices in partnership with the Curriculum Designer.
- Match members with the right coaches based on needs, goals, and studio profile to maximize impact.
- Monitor member satisfaction with coaching and act quickly on feedback and escalations.
- Partner with Member Success to connect coaching activity to engagement, retention, and renewal outcomes.
- Partner closely with the Curriculum Designer to keep coaching and curriculum aligned and reinforcing one another.
- Work with the Program Lead to plan coaching capacity, schedules, and coverage against program needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Member Success on coaching-related communications, events, and member touchpoints.
- Track coaching metrics such as utilization, quality, member satisfaction, and impact on retention.
- Translate coaching data and member feedback into recommendations that improve the program.
- Report regularly on coaching health and outcomes to the Program Lead.
- Use AI tools to streamline delivery workflows, summarize risks, or generate project artifacts.
- Identify automation or process improvements that accelerate execution.
- Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement practices across teams.
- 3+ years of experience managing coaches, mentors, trainers, or a comparable people-delivery function, preferably in a digital or membership-based environment.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing people or contractors.
- Strong judgment about service or coaching quality, with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication, relationship, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics and member feedback into coaching improvements.
- Knowledge of the dance industry or passion for supporting small business owners is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate work or improve operational efficiency.
