Job description

Dance Instructor - Ballroom & Partner Dance | $40,000-$150,000+
Dance With Me Studios is the fastest-growing ballroom studio chain in America - 14 locations across 6 states, founded by Maks and Val Chmerkovskiy of Dancing with the Stars.
We're hiring full-time instructors who want a real career in dance, not a gig.
What this job actually looks like:
  • Teach private lessons to adult students (this is the majority of your schedule and income)
  • Lead group classes and host studio social parties
  • Perform with students at showcases and Pro-Am competitions
  • Monday-Friday, 12 PM-8:30 PM. Saturdays optional but recommended while you build your schedule.

What you earn:
  • Guaranteed weekly base pay - you earn this even while building your student load
  • Per-lesson pay on top (your income grows as your schedule fills)
  • Competition income - instructors who compete with students earn significantly more
  • Entry level: $40,000-$60,000. Established: $70,000-$100,000+. Top instructors: $120,000+

Benefits:
  • Health insurance
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Paid training (3-4 weeks when you start, ongoing throughout your career)
  • Relocation assistance available
  • Visa assistance available for international candidates

What we're looking for:
  • Dance background in any styles - ballroom, Latin, or partner dance styles (salsa, bachata, swing) preferred
  • You don't need to know every style. If you can move and you love to teach, we'll train you.
  • Warm, professional, and great with people
  • Ready to build long-term relationships with students - this is a teaching and relationship career

What makes DWM different:
We provide your students. Our marketing fills intro lessons - you focus on teaching, not finding clients. You walk into a full studio system with support, training, and a clear path: Instructor → Coach → Manager → Studio Owner.
Our studios are built like palaces. This is not a gym.
