MityLite is an award-winning commercial furniture manufacturer founded in 1987 and based in Orem, Utah. They specialize in designing and producing durable, lightweight banquet chairs, folding tables, portable dance floors, staging, outdoor furniture, and event furnishings-serving a wide array of venues including hotels, convention centers, universities, houses of worship, healthcare facilities, and government institutions. Known for innovation and craftsmanship, MityLite holds numerous patents and offers industry-leading warranties, reflecting a steadfast commitment to quality, usability, and affordability.
The shift would be Monday - Friday on day shift with some overtime possible after the shift.
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Box Truck Driver to transport materials on short routes between our warehouse and production facility. This role ensures timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. Drivers will also assist with loading and unloading trucks at the facility.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a box truck for short-distance deliveries between company locations.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials at the warehouse and production facility with forklift or by hand as needed.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and facility teams.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Abilty to obtain DOT medical certification
  • Proven experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as part of loading/unloading duties.
  • Strong commitment to safety and reliability.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
