What You'll Be Learning & Doing
Guest Experience & Support
- Greet dancers and families with warmth and professionalism
- Assist trial students in having a smooth and welcoming first visit
- Help answer basic questions and guide families to the right resources
Organization & Admin Support
- Assist with attendance tracking and basic scheduling tasks
- Help keep studio spaces clean, organized, and ready for classes
- Support team members with small administrative tasks
Enrollment & Studio Support
- Learn how to guide families through class options and programs
- Observe and assist with enrollment conversations
- Support follow-up efforts with trial students when appropriate
Social Media & Studio Presence
- Capture simple photos/videos during classes or events
- Assist in organizing content for marketing use
