We’re looking for a Tour Manager who thrives on creating exceptional experiences for our clients. You’ll be responsible for collaborating with multiple vendors while on tour with groups of travelers to deliver a well-operated, successful tour, ensuring every detail is handled with care and professionalism. This role is perfect for an energetic person who loves to travel, enjoys serving people, is patient and adaptive to various personalities, and who can remain comfortable and calm in stressful environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage logistics for tours and events from start to finish.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and build a strong rapport for the client group’s leader and the many passengers on the trip.
  • Anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly to ensure a one-of-a-kind experience.
  • Adapt itineraries and resolve unanticipated problems that may arise during the tour.
  • Monitor schedules, transportation and accommodations, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a calm, confident presence when challenges arise.
  • Foster positive relationships with partners, vendors, clients, and venues.
