Dalworth Restoration is seeking a Contents Project Manager to join our team in Euless, TX.

Summary:

The Project Manager- Contents will lead the restoration process for customers’ homes and businesses, including damage mitigation, packing, cleaning, restoring, and moving belongings back. This role requires hands-on involvement in varied work environments, combining strong project management skills with compassion and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service throughout the restoration journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to property damage emergency calls promptly.
  • Plan, organize, and lead a team by assigning project specifications to technicians.
  • Conduct cost analysis and estimates for residential and commercial projects using Xactimate and Contents Track Software.
  • Build and maintain professional client relationships, providing compassionate service to a diverse customer base.
  • Efficiently manage and maintain detailed records for all projects.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects within committed deadlines.
  • Monitor and control project expenditures.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout all project phases.
  • Promote and demonstrate strict adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Uphold integrity and professionalism toward both the company and customers.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years’ hands-on experience in the restoration industry, preferably with exposure to both residential and commercial projects.
  • Proven track record managing contents restoration projects, including packing, cleaning, inventory management, and coordinating logistics for moving items.
  • Experience using industry-standard estimating software such as Xactimate and Contents Track is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with insurance processes, documentation, and compliance requirements related to property restoration is an advantage.
  • Strong background in customer service within restoration or related fields, with a focus on empathy, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Experience working in physically demanding environments, including construction or restoration sites, with knowledge of safety protocols.
  • Valid Driving License and pass a MVR check in accordance with company policies
  • Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with company policies
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen in accordance with company policies


Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders frequently throughout the workday.
  • Comfortable working in various environments, including confined spaces and uneven terrain.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, and safety glasses.
  • Physical stamina to work long hours, sometimes outdoors or in non-climate-controlled environments.


Work Environment:

  • Primarily field-based work at residential and commercial restoration sites.
  • Exposure to dust, debris, odors, and occasionally hazardous materials requiring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Salary: $65,000 plus uncapped commission
