Histology Technologist / Technician
MLee Healthcare is looking for a qualified Histology Technologist / Technician to join an established hospital in New Jersey.
Shift Details:
  • Nights/Days every 5th Saturday or Sunday
Job Summary for the Histology Technologist / Technician:
  • Prepares microscopic tissue slides from surgical specimens for diagnostic purposes.
  • In addition, performs clerical and computer related activities with a degree of supervision dependent on experience and training.
  • Will work with DAKO IHC / Leica Manual Microtomes / Cassette/slide printers / Sakura H&E Stainer and Cover slipper / Sakura VIP 6 Tissue Processor / Sakura Rapid Processor / Sakura Auto embedder / DAKO Special Stainer / Sakura Tissue Tek Embedding Centers / Leica Cryostats
Minimum Qualifications for the Histology Technologist / Technician:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in required field
  • HT (ASCP) required
  • 3 years of experience
