Job description

Lake Country Dairy is an award winning Hard Italian Cheese manufacturing plant. We are proud to be a part of Wisconsin’s strong tradition of cheese making and our goal is to make the best cheese in the world!  

We are hiring a Night Shift Relief Operator to join our team of highly skilled and talented cheesemakers and operators!  Learn all skilled operator positions throughout the plant and provide coverage for vacations, medical leaves, call in's or other situations of need.  This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys variety in their work and likes to learn.  Great money making opportunity with overtime opportunities and increases given as you learn and get licensed in different positions.  Shift schedule varies based on the position you are providing coverage for, but primary hours will be 4PM-4AM or 6PM-6AM.

Experience as a cheesemaker or other skilled position within a dairy plant is a plus, but not required.  We will provide all training and support for the right candidate!  Must have a mechanical aptitude, strong time management skills with ability to multi task and have excellent attention to detail. Flexible schedule and availability for OT is a must.
