Job description

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and process incoming and outgoing member and corporate wire transfers through the Federal Reserve Bank system.
  • Ensure wire transfer compliance with OFAC requirements and applicable banking regulations.
  • Review wire transfer activity for potential fraudulent trends and escalate concerns as appropriate.
  • Serve as the primary operational escalation point for complex wire transfer transactions, exceptions, and processing issues.
  • Perform wire approvals within assigned authority.
  • Coordinate daily wire workflow and provide operational guidance to Wire Transfer Specialists.
  • Perform daily and monthly wire transfer balancing and assigned general ledger reconciliations.
  • Assist with procedure reviews, audit preparation, system testing, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide backup support for ACH and other Payment Services functions as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting departmental projects, operational support functions, and continuing education activities.
  • Complies with all applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act..
