Job description
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate and process incoming and outgoing member and corporate wire transfers through the Federal Reserve Bank system.
- Ensure wire transfer compliance with OFAC requirements and applicable banking regulations.
- Review wire transfer activity for potential fraudulent trends and escalate concerns as appropriate.
- Serve as the primary operational escalation point for complex wire transfer transactions, exceptions, and processing issues.
- Perform wire approvals within assigned authority.
- Coordinate daily wire workflow and provide operational guidance to Wire Transfer Specialists.
- Perform daily and monthly wire transfer balancing and assigned general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with procedure reviews, audit preparation, system testing, and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide backup support for ACH and other Payment Services functions as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting departmental projects, operational support functions, and continuing education activities.
- Complies with all applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act..
