Events Coordinator & Social Media Assistant

Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Events Coordinator & Social Media Assistant. Ability to commute is essential for capturing real‑time content, collaborating with leadership, and supporting firm events. A hybrid schedule may be considered after successful training and performance milestones.


This role blends content creation, digital marketing, event coordination, outreach, and relationship management. You will support the firm’s online presence across all major platforms while also helping plan, promote, and execute high‑value networking events and firm‑hosted experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Event Planning, Coordination & Outreach

  • Oversee and coordinate with the remote Events Concierge Team daily.
  • Outreach to new prospective attendees for upcoming events.
  • Build and nurture relationships with referral partners, community groups, and high‑value professionals to expand event reach.
  • Support planning and execution of firm events, workshops, networking experiences, and speaking engagements.
  • Develop and execute targeted promotional campaigns to increase event attendance (email, social media, partner outreach).
  • Capture photos, videos, and live social media content during events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, vendors, materials, and on‑site support.
  • Create pre‑ and post‑event marketing assets, including landing pages, email sequences, and follow‑up campaigns.
  • Track and report on event performance metrics (registrations, attendance, conversion).
  • Optimize future events based on data and attendee feedback.
  • Identify, build, and maintain contact lists, referral databases, and outreach pipelines.
  • Represent the firm professionally when engaging with community leaders, partners, and prospective referral sources.


Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Help with creating, scheduling, and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, X, and Lemon8.
  • Capture, edit, and repurpose in‑office and on‑site video and photo content.
  • Maintain the social media content calendar and track analytics and monthly performance.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to ideate, draft, and enhance content.
  • Assist with scheduling content through Wildfire based on provided instructions.
  • Conduct trend and competitor research to guide content strategy and visibility.
  • Oversee website updates, mailing lists, SEO/GEO efforts, and overall digital presence.
  • Assist with lead generation, Meta monetization tracking, and other marketing initiatives.


Branding, Design & Asset Management

  • Design visual assets including banners, thumbnails, magazine ads, landing pages, and marketing graphics.
  • Create YouTube banners, podcast logos, and other branded materials.
  • Update and maintain branding elements (logos, templates, typography, color palettes).
  • Organize and archive digital assets, including photos, videos, templates, and design files, when needed.
  • Troubleshoot restricted content issues and ensure compliance with Florida Bar advertising rules.


Community Engagement

  • Create content for the firm’s private Facebook groups.
  • Engage with relevant pages, groups, and community posts to increase visibility and reach.
  • Support leadership in relationship‑driven growth initiatives and outreach efforts.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Must be able to commute to Fort Lauderdale, FL.
  • 1+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital design.
  • Proven experience managing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically GoHighLevel.
  • Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut).
