Complex Litigation Attorney

Career Consulting Partners is proud to partner with a growing plaintiff trial firm with offices in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and the Bay Area is seeking Litigation Attorneys with 4 - 8+ years of experience to join its expanding team. The firm handles matters including personal injury, employment law, sexual abuse, and complex mass action litigation, and has recovered over $1 billion for clients. We are a trial firm, which means we prepare every case as if it will go to trial.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage cases from intake through trial

  • Develop legal strategies and work directly with clients

  • Handle plaintiff-side litigation matters, including personal injury, employment, and mass actions

  • Collaborate with partners and team members on complex cases

  • Stay current on California legal developments

  • Build referral relationships and participate in legal organizations

Requirements:
  • 4 - 8 years of civil litigation experience

  • Open to more senior attorneys as well, 10 - 20 years.

  • Active California Bar license

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Strong research, writing, and case management skills

  • Trial experience and experience with sexual abuse, employment, or mass actions is a plus
