The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Roll Off & Fleet Dispatcher to coordinate high-volume roll-off truck operations at our Locust Grove, GA location. In this role, you will sit at the center of our daily logistics, keeping drivers, customers, and our yards aligned so that every route runs safely, efficiently, and on time.

What You'll Do
  • Build and dispatch daily roll-off & other truck routes to customer locations, job sites, and internal yards to maximize efficiency, safety, and on-time performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for roll-off drivers, customers, and the Transportation Leader, providing clear instructions and timely updates throughout the day.
  • Monitor driver activity, equipment locations, and container availability using dispatch software and GPS tools, adjusting plans as conditions change.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and state transportation regulations while reinforcing safety protocols and company standards on every route.
  • Diagnose and resolve real-time issues such as delays, breakdowns, and customer changes, reworking routes and priorities to meet service commitments.
What Success Looks Like
  • Within 60 days, you consistently create and execute daily dispatch plans that keep roll-off trucks running on schedule with minimal service disruptions.
  • Drivers, customers, and the Transportation Leader recognize you as a reliable, responsive point of contact who communicates clearly and resolves issues quickly.
  • All documentation and processes reflect strong adherence to DOT, FMCSA, and state regulations, supporting a safe and compliant operation.
  • Route efficiency, container utilization, and coordination between yards and job sites improve measurably as you refine schedules and leverage dispatching tools and data.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience dispatching roll-off trucks or similar heavy-truck operations in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
  • Working knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and applicable state transportation compliance requirements.
