Job description

Badger State Staffing has partnered with a leading Oshkosh-area manufacturer to find a tech-savvy, proactive Administrative Assistant to drive daily office operations and support branch leadership. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess impeccable time-management skills, and pride yourself on your attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors with a professional demeanor, manage a multi-line phone system, and efficiently route calls to the appropriate team members
  • Accurately type, scan, and catalog branch documents, ensuring real-time data integrity and seamless file organization
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal use of time and branch resources
  • Partner with branch management to execute administrative tasks associated with welcoming and onboarding new employees
  • Sort and distribute inbound mail and UPS shipments; manage the preparation and dispatch of outbound mail
  • Assist branch management with special projects and tackle other administrative or clerical tasks as assigned to keep the office running smoothly
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelorโ€™s degree highly preferred, or equivalent professional experience in an administrative or tech-supported role
  • Advanced computer skills, including fast/accurate data entry, familiarity with modern office software (e.g., Google Workspace), and comfort navigating cloud-based document management systems
