Job description

Position: D365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) Tester

Location: Northern Virginia / Chicago (Hybrid Preferred) | Remote (Quarterly Travel Required)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of Software Testing experience (Manual & Automation)
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO/Finance) testing experience
  • Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, Performance, and UAT Testing
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Selenium, AccelQ, and other automation frameworks
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or ALM Octane
  • Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies
  • Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance modules and business processes
  • Experience documenting test plans, test cases, defects, and test results
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/Sales)
  • Experience with CE and F&O integrations
  • SAFe Tester Certification
  • Background in Business Analysis, Change Management, or Project Management
  • Candidates local to Northern Virginia or Chicago preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT test plans
  • Perform manual and automated testing for D365 Finance applications
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery
  • Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies
  • Document defects, test results, and testing activities
  • Support end-user testing and feature walkthroughs
  • Utilize AI-based testing tools to improve test coverage and efficiency
  • Continuously enhance test automation processes and coverage
