CRM D365 Solution Architect

Main Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CRM D365 Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable customer engagement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM applications, integration architecture, and enterprise solution design.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and project managers to architect and implement end-to-end CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and design of D365 CRM/CE solutions
  • Gather and analyze business requirements
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Design solution architecture for:
    • Sales
    • Customer Service
    • Field Service
    • Customer Insights
  • Define data models, security models, and integration architecture
  • Lead customization and extension strategy
  • Guide development teams on best practices
  • Design integrations with external systems using APIs and Azure services
  • Ensure solution scalability, performance, and security
  • Support presales activities, estimations, and technical proposals
  • Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews
  • Define ALM and DevOps strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership teams
