Job description

Job Summary:
ClifyX is seeking a D365 CRM CE Technology Architect with extensive experience in leading the design and implementation of Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement solutions. The role involves architecting solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring systems meet business needs in the telecom domain.
Responsibilities:
• Design and architect D365 CRM CE solutions.
• Provide best fit solution for migration from Salesforce to D365 CRM
• Develop and implement custom AI/Copilot led functionalities
• Complex system integrations.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify and implement alternate solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem to replace Salesforce custom-built functionalities.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
Required:
• 15+ years of experience in leading the design and implementation of Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement solution
• Extensive experience in CRM architecture, customization, and complex integrations
• Experience ensuring scalable and efficient systems that meet business needs in the telecom domain
• Ability to design and architect D365 CRM CE solutions
• Ability to provide best fit solution for migration from Salesforce to D365 CRM
• Experience in developing and implementing custom AI/Copilot led functionalities
• Experience in conducting fit-gap analysis to identify and implement alternate solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem to replace Salesforce custom-built functionalities
• Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance
