RSM is seeking a Director to join our MicrosoftD365 CE Consulting Practice. This is an excellent leadership opportunity if you're a self-starter who likes to take the initiative in the planning and implementation of innovative ideas with current and prospective clients. The objective of this position is to provide a positive impact to our growing Microsoft Dynamics client base while supporting a number of D365 CE initiatives in the market.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience implementing Microsoft CRM or D365 CE required
  • Microsoft D365 CE implementation experience (multiple projects)
  • Analyze front office processes (sales, marketing and customer service) toidentify opportunities for improvement
  • Perform gap analysis between a client's requirements and the functionalitywithin Microsoft D365 CE
  • Configure the application to meet a client's requirements using the MicrosoftD365 CE
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage the consulting team aswell as the client team and develop strong working relationships with clients while mentoring the consultants deployed on the project
  • Superior organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Implement and deploy Microsoft D365 CE
  • Knowledge of and proficiency with the native configuration and customizationtools exposed from Microsoft D365 CE
  • Implementation of proper quality assurance processes including unit andexploratory tests of all new development efforts and debugging/research/identification of suspected bugs
  • Developing Microsoft D365 CE strategies, best practices and approaches
  • Design and integrate business processes and data flows between MicrosoftD365 CE applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $134,000 - $269,000

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
