Role: Hypercare support functional MFG/SCM Consultant (Order to Cash & Procure to Pay)

Duration: 12+ months (minimum)

Work Model: The candidate must have to work from nearest office(s) in US

Travel Requirement: Travel to client location to address any business-critical scenario

Client Location: Pittsburgh, PA, USA

Job Description:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 15 + overall experience in IT and 10 to 12 years of relevant experience of consulting/supporting Order to Cash & Procure to Pay cycles on ERP systems
  • Hands-on experience and understanding of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay end to end cycles. D365 & Oracle ERPs experience is mandatory
  • Significant expert ERP domain knowledge and technology agnostic
  • End to end ERP experience (majorly 2 dominant systems: D365 & Oracle)
  • Expert in handling Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles / tickets to appropriate teams and bring them to closure
  • Should have worked as a hyper care support consultant/PM in past on D365 & Oracle ERPs

Mandatory Skills:

  • End to end and extensive experience in Order to Cash & Procure to Pay cycles (D635 & Oracle – two dominant ERPs, specifically)
  • Hypercare support experience
  • Experience of working with Service Now for hypercare support

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to Agile – Scrum ways of working
