Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Technical Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Module and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, customization, and integration of D365 CRM solutions aligned with complex business requirements.
This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, stakeholder communication skills, and experience delivering enterprise-scale CRM implementations in hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical design and development activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Implement and support D365 CRM Sales Module functionalities and enhancements.
  • Design and develop integrations between D365 CRM and external enterprise systems.
  • Customize CRM entities, workflows, plugins, business rules, forms, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Develop APIs, integrations, and middleware solutions using Microsoft technologies and integration platforms.
  • Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM functionality and integrations.
  • Ensure code quality, performance optimization, security compliance, and documentation standards.
  • Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the project team.
  • Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills
  • 10–15 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 CRM Sales Module.
  • Strong experience in D365 CRM technical development and customization.
  • Expertise in CRM integrations using:
    • REST/SOAP APIs
    • Azure Integration Services
    • Power Platform
    • Middleware/Integration frameworks
  • Experience developing:
    • Plugins
    • Workflows
    • JavaScript customizations
    • Power Automate flows
    • Custom APIs
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture and security models.
  • Experience with Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in hybrid and collaborative enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Certification.
  • Experience with Power Platform components including Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
