Position Description
Operate CAT D9 and D10 bulldozers (or equivalent large production dozers) to perform rock push operations, mass excavation, cut and fill work, site development, and large-scale earthmoving activities.
Key Highlights:
• Operate large production dozers in heavy civil construction, mining, quarry, data center, roadway, and mass grading environments
• Perform rock push operations involving blasted, ripped, and excavated rock materials
• Work safely and efficiently around excavators, haul trucks, loaders, scrapers, and other heavy equipment
• Maintain production goals while ensuring safe and efficient material movement across the project site
• Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and perform routine equipment care
• Identify grade stakes, site markings, and production requirements to support project objectives
• Work in fast-paced, high-production environments with minimal supervision
• Follow all company safety policies, project requirements, and equipment operating procedures
• Assist with general labor duties as needed to support project operations

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating large production dozers, including CAT D9, D10, or equivalent equipment in heavy civil, mining, quarry, mass excavation, or large earthwork environments
• Proven experience performing rock push operations and working in high-production earthmoving applications
• Willingness to perform laborer duties when equipment operation is not required
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work safely under pressure and adapt to changing jobsite conditions and production demands
• Strong awareness of surroundings with excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
• Ability to climb in and out of heavy equipment, walk uneven terrain, bend, stoop, kneel, balance, and lift up to 75 pounds as required
• Ability to work around active heavy equipment, excavation areas, rock operations, and other potentially hazardous jobsite conditions
• Flexible availability, including overtime, weekends, and extended work schedules as project needs require
• Valid driver's license required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• OSHA 10 certification preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to understand job assignments, safety requirements, production expectations, and emergency situations
