Our eCargo portfolio powers global communication, messaging, data exchange, and visibility across the air cargo supply chain. We enable seamless collaboration and digital transformation across a highly fragmented ecosystem.

At the core of this ecosystem is Traxon cargoHUB, CHAMP’s global connectivity platform enabling real-time electronic data interchange, messaging, tracking, and data exchange across hundreds of airlines and thousands of logistics partners worldwide.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Product – Traxon cargoHUB to take full ownership of one of CHAMP’s most critical and strategic platforms.

This role is accountable for the end-to-end service across product management, service delivery, and operational support. You will ensure that cargoHUB operates as a cohesive, scalable, and customer‑centric platform, delivering measurable value to our global customer base.

You will lead the evolution of the platform and its extended product suite, including APIs, tracking products, and emerging digital services, ensuring alignment with industry trends and CHAMP’s strategic objectives.

This position does not include direct sales responsibility but requires close alignment with commercial and go‑to‑market teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the long‑term product strategy and multi‑year roadmap for Traxon cargoHUB.
  • Drive the evolution of the platform towards modern, API‑first, and data‑driven architectures.
  • Ensure reliable and scalable service delivery across messaging, APIs, and tracking services.
  • Own end‑to‑end service performance including availability, incident management, and SLA compliance.
  • Lead continuous improvement of customer onboarding, implementation, and operational processes.
  • Ensure integration and alignment across cargoHUB core platform, APIs, Premium Tracking, and Shipply solutions.
  • Drive product innovation in areas such as real‑time tracking, visibility, and digital supply chain orchestration as well as growth into adjacent markets.
  • Act as executive escalation point for key customers and strategic issues.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional support teams.
  • Manage product performance metrics including usage, adoption, and operational efficiency.

Product Scope:

Traxon cargoHUB core platform: global EDI and messaging hub connecting the air cargo ecosystem.

Traxon cargoHUB APIs: modern integration layer enabling system connectivity and automation.

Premium Tracking: event‑based, real‑time shipment visibility across multiple airlines.

Shipply solutions: first‑mile and last‑mile tracking and visibility using modern technologies.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven leadership experience in managing complex, platform‑based products or SaaS solutions
  • Strong understanding of air cargo messaging standards and digital ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of use and integration of AI into service and product
  • Strong operational mindset with full end‑to‑end ownership approachExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level

Education & Experience:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience managing critical IT product/service organisations
