Job description

Job Purpose: As a Firearms Assembler at CZ-USA's Kansas City facility, you will play a critical role in building, inspecting, and testing high-quality firearms to support our reputation for craftsmanship and reliability. This hands-on role requires precision, adherence to safety standards, and strong mechanical aptitude. You will work within a collaborative environment where excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement are valued.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Perform firearm assembly, disassembly, and reassembly following detailed instructions and procedures
• Conduct test-firing procedures, including live fire evaluations, to verify mechanical reliability and accuracy of firearms
• Utilize digital tools and software to complete tasks and document work
• Monitor inventory and perform parts counts for accuracy and workflow efficiency
• Troubleshoot quality or assembly issues and escalate to supervisors as needed
• Support coworkers by providing hands-on job training and collaboration
• Complete assigned tasks and required paperwork accurately and on time
• Ensure regular and timely attendance to maintain workflow continuity
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor or management
• Adhere to all company procedures, safety protocols, and industry regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education High School diploma or equivalent
Required Experience & Skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; friendly, approachable, motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity
• Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and prioritize responsibilities

• Must understand firearm cycle of operations
• Demonstrates a proactive commitment to learning and understanding the CZ-USA product line
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Effective use of electronic communication tools (email, phone systems, etc.)
• Highly accurate, punctual, and reliable
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to support operational demands
