The Reagent Product Manager will manage and accelerate Cytek Biosciences’ complete reagent portfolio revenue and market share growth. This includes supporting all go-to-market channels: Direct, OEM, distribution, and B2B. The 4P’s framework will be central to driving the Go-To-Market strategy. The PM will deploy a core-team approach to driving NPI, marketing programs and campaigns, and strategic collaborations. They will work closely with all functions at Cytek including R&D, marketing, eCommerce, operations, quality, regulatory, regional marketing and sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead annual strategic planning and product road-mapping efforts for the entire reagent portfolio -
    1. Incorporate Voice of Customer (VOC), Voice of Sales (VOS), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), internal Cytek experts, symposiums, tradeshows and competitor intelligence into strategic planning.
    2. Track emerging technologies and trends to identify disruptive opportunities and inform portfolio strategies.
    3. Define Serviceable Addressable Markets (SAM) across key flow cytometry segments using market research, surveys, analyst reports, and competitive intelligence.
  • Drive above- market growth through execution of marketing strategies, NPI, pricing strategies, large design-in opportunities and core portfolio expansion.
  • Champion product management responsibilities including sales training content creation, quarterly global sales training, trade show support, sales forecasting, pricing strategy, and product rationalization.
  • Analyze sales data to develop actionable sales and promotional plans that support sustained revenue growth.
  • Partner with regional marketing team and execute on regional sales plans for Cytek® cFluor®, Guava® and Tonbo® reagent brands
  • Partner and support integrated omni-channel marketing plans including digital, 3rd party, seminars, customer meetings, and tradeshows.
  • Compile and present monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Lead key reagent core team meetings, including NPI, continuous improvement initiatives, large design-in and development services opportunity management.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline, or equivalent education and experience are required.
  • M.B.A. preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar product management and/ or marketing role.
  • Experience in costing and pricing of products.

SALARY RANGE:

We’re committed to competitive pay that reflects cost of living and market data in each location:

  • Fremont, CA: $115,000 – $148,100 per year
  • San Diego, CA: $100,000 – $125,000 per year

Final offers are based on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity.
