This can include consulting on supply chain processes, workflow efficiency, inventory management, or software solutions like SAP or Oracle that track business cycles. Cycles Consultants analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs. Their expertise may be applied in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or IT, depending on the specific needs of the client.
