Inventory Cycle Count Coordinator
Location: West Hartford, CT
 Position Type: 2-Month Contract
 Pay Rate: $33.65/hour
 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:42 AM–3:12 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Cycle Count Coordinator for a 2-month contract assignment in West Hartford, CT. This position will focus on inventory counting, material transfers, organization, and supporting daily warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be comfortable working in a warehouse environment while maintaining accurate inventory records and following established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate cycle counts of inventory.
  • Count and verify rifle inventory and related components.
  • Coordinate the transfer of all rifle items from Work in Process (WIP) into the new secured/caged warehouse location.
  • Ensure inventory is properly identified, counted, documented, and organized during transfers.
  • Assist with loading the supermarket area with upper components.
  • Track inventory movements and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory locations.
  • Follow all established inventory control, warehouse, and safety procedures.
  • Perform additional inventory and warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with ERP and Epicor System
  • Ability to perform repetitive counting and verification tasks.
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to safely move and handle materials.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to commit to the full 2-month contract assignment.
Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:42 AM–3:12 PM
 Pay Rate: $33.65/hour
 Contract Length: Approximately 2 months
