Your seat to fill:
 

  • Develop strategic account plans to drive sales, market share, and profitability. 
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned territories. 
  • Analyze account performance and develop action plans to address opportunities and challenges. 
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with store owners, buyers, and key decision-makers. 
  • Partner closely with accounts to support merchandising, inventory management, and sales initiatives. 
  • Ensure retailers are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to maximize sales performance. 
  • Drive adoption of new product introductions and key brand initiatives. 
  • Create accurate sales forecasts and business plans for assigned accounts. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenishment opportunities. 
  • Monitor competitive activity, pricing, merchandising, and industry trends. 
  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to internal stakeholders. 


Your stroll to CYBEX:
 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience managing independent or specialty retail accounts. 
  • Proven success delivering sales growth and achieving revenue targets. 
  • Experience conducting in-store presentations, training programs, and business reviews. 
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. 
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including overnight travel. 
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
