Behind every seamless Jet Aviation experience, is a team of dedicated professionals perfecting the art of flight. The artisans of aviation. The craft that brings our customers' journey to life. Position Summary

Cybersecurity at Jet Aviation is not just about keeping systems locked down, it is about enabling safe, seamless flight experiences for clients around the world. As a Senior Cybersecurity Operations Specialist, you will be the steady hand protecting our IT environment from evolving threats while helping shape how we work as a team. From monitoring and investigating alerts to leading incident response and mentoring teammates, you will be at the center of the action.

This is a role where technical expertise meets collaboration. You will work alongside a tight, high-performing group that knows how to solve problems together, share knowledge, and stay ahead of the curve. We are not looking for someone to come in and overhaul everything, we are looking for someone who wants to plug into a strong group, help us grow, and make an impact. If you are motivated by the challenge of protecting critical systems in a safety-first environment, you will thrive here.

This role is an office-based position, on a hybrid schedule, working at least four times weekly from the office. Our ideal candidate will work from our corporate office in West Palm Beach, FL. The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range for this exempt position will be as follows: $110,000 - $125,000 plus a performance-based bonus up to 10% of annual salary.

Your Profile

You bring a strong foundation in cybersecurity and risk management, coupled with a collaborative mindset. Specifically, you will offer:

  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or related areas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security/Technology (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong grasp of IT processes like authentication, cloud methodologies, disaster recovery, and change control.
  • In-depth knowledge of network and information security tools and practices.
  • Excellent communicator who can turn complex security concepts into practical, actionable advice.
  • Organized, reliable, and driven - with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Aligned with Jet Aviation's values (Trust, Honesty, Alignment and Transparency) and motivated by a safety-first mindset.
Your Role

In this role, you will be trusted to:

  • Monitor and analyze security alerts to detect and address threats.
  • Lead incident response efforts, including forensic analysis and mitigation.
  • Implement security controls and proactive measures to protect systems.
  • Champion cybersecurity awareness, training colleagues to recognize and prevent risks.
  • Collaborate with IT and Cybersecurity peers to design and deploy strategic solutions.
  • Mentor junior staff, supporting their growth and strengthening the team.
Additional Details

If you are selected to move forward, you can expect a multistage interview process, including connections with team members and leaders. As a part of our commitment to safety and security, our selected candidate must successfully pass pre-employment requirements before finalizing employment.

At Jet Aviation eligible employees can enjoy a comprehensive package that fuels your passions both inside and outside of work. Your health and well-being matter to us.  That's why we offer a competitive benefit package that includes health, dental & vision insurance, matching 401(k), health savings and flexible spending accounts, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, employee assistance programs, health and wellness awards, generous paid time off, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts and more.
