Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Content Creator to support our marketing team in planning, producing, editing, and publishing content.
This role will report to the Director of Marketing and work alongside our Social Media Manager. The focus is on creating content that builds trust, educates business leaders, and reinforces our position as a reliable IT partner.
This is not a social media influencer role. This is a business-focused content role.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning
  • Collaborate on a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to turn internal expertise into external content

Content Creation
  • Film video content onsite at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters
  • Capture team interactions, operational workflows, and leadership insights
  • Conduct short interviews with team members

Editing and Production
  • Edit both short-form and long-form video content
  • Create multiple short clips from primary recordings
  • Write captions and supporting copy

Content Distribution
  • Coordinate with the Social Media Manager on posting schedules
  • Repurpose content into blog, email, and website formats

Performance Tracking
  • Monitor engagement and performance trends
  • Recommend adjustments based on results
