SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex and high-impact technology projects across the organization. This role oversees all phases of project management, from strategic planning through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals. The Senior Project Manager acts as a key liaison between executive stakeholders and technical teams, providing leadership, strategic insight, and direction to ensure successful project outcomes.

Onsite in Fort Wayne, IN

PTR is prioritizing candidates located in or willing to relocate to the Fort Wayne, IN market. However, exceptional remote candidates whose experience strongly aligns with the requirements of the role may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

COMPENSATION

This position offers a competitive compensation package, benchmarked to regional market standards. It consists of a base salary plus the opportunity for quarterly profit sharing after one year of employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Project Leadership

  • Define and manage the full project lifecycle for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational strategy.
  • Manage projects, balance scope, schedule, and resources.

Advanced Planning and Coordination

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including risk assessments, resource models, and financial forecasts.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across geographies, managing internal and external resources.
  • Ensure project governance and adherence to enterprise PMO standards.

Project Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary liaison to leadership and stakeholders.

Risk and Issue Management

  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate complex project risks and interdependencies.

REQUIREMENTS
