PROLIM (www.prolim.com) is currently seeking Cybersecurity Program Manager - Citizens Only for one of our top clients for Remote
US Citizens only. Due to client requirements and the nature of the position, non-citizens are not eligible to apply.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Designs, tests, and implements state-of-the-art secure operating systems, networks, and database products. Conducts risk assessment and provides recommendations for application design. Involved in a wide range of security issues including architectures, firewalls, electronic data traffic, and network access. Uses encryption technology, penetration and vulnerability analysis of various security technologies, and information technology security research. May prepare security reports for regulatory agencies.
Preferred Qualifications
Must have a strong ability to communicate to all levels of leadership. Must possess the necessary verbal and written communication skills to successfully interface with various organizations throughout the company (and various job levels within those organizations).
The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to build teams with internal/external customers and within their own organization.
Experience or familiarity with EVM-based cost analysis, labor resource management, operational schedules, and managing operational objectives and tasks. Analyze budget, manning and project plans, provide regular briefings to management on business performance, risks and recommend solutions.
Program Office experience preferred.
Have an active security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Six-Sigma certification a plus.
PMP certification a plus.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience. Master's Degree and 3 years of experience. Ph.D. and 0 years of experience. A relevant professional certification can be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
Critical Skills
E35 is looking for a PMA4 with prompt, predictable and reliable work attendance. Must have the ability to work well with others throughout the company, as well as outside of the company. Must be willing to coach and mentor to develop capability within the program. The successful candidate should have an extensive background in project/program management, and data analysis utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel. This position requires self-starter with strong attention to detail. Must have the ability to lead internal and external meetings with program team, customers, stakeholders and support organizations.
