Vice President, Cybersecurity & Information Security Officer

Salary: $175k - $224k

We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to protect the organization from cyber security risks. This role leads the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, oversees security operations, solutions, and ensures cyber risks are identified, managed, and clearly reported to executive leadership. You will work closely with executives, Corporate Risk, regulators, and external partners to strengthen security while enabling business goals. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead an enterprise-wide cybersecurity program at the executive level, influencing strategy, protecting critical assets, and enabling responsible innovation across the organization.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Chief Technology & Information Officer, you will be empowered to:

  • Lead the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, including security operations, awareness, and thirdparty risk.

  • Develop and maintain a forwardlooking cybersecurity program aligned to business priorities.

  • Identify, manage, and report cybersecurity and IT risks to executive leadership.

  • Promote a "secure by design" culture across technology and business teams.

  • Oversee enterprise security awareness and training programs.

  • Work with regulators, law enforcement, and advisory bodies as needed.

  • Partner with Corporate Risk to align cybersecurity and IT risk reporting.

  • Manage the department's operating and capital budgets.

  • Build, lead, and develop highperforming cybersecurity teams.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME

Education & Experience:

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred.

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience.

  • 10+ years in IT leadership, with a focus on cybersecurity or information security.

Relevant Skills:

  • Proven experience designing and running enterprise cybersecurity programs.

  • Experience leading teams across multiple technology areas.

  • Agile or Lean experience is a significant asset.

  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders, regulators, and external partners.

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities, sound risk management judgment, and effective decision-making skills.

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment while driving alignment and results.

Licenses, Registrations, Certificates:

AGCO Category 1 Gaming Assistant Registration (Initiated at offer stage - employment is conditional upon obtaining and maintaining this license)
