Acrisure is seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing large-scale, complex programs and projects that support Acrisure's Client Service Center. This role oversees multiple interrelated projects, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities while delivering measurable business outcomes.

The Program Manager partners closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders to drive initiatives focused on service delivery, operational optimization, customer experience, and technology-enabled transformation. This role has ownership of program governance, financial oversight, third-party vendor management, and end-to-end execution of large initiatives. The Program Manager will oversee program timelines, budgets, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and vendor performance to ensure successful delivery and alignment with enterprise objectives. This role requires the ability to manage complex dependencies across teams, systems, and external partners while driving accountability and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end program strategy, governance, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives consisting of multiple interdependent projects. Define program strategy, roadmap, timelines, and success metrics aligned to business objectives by translating enterprise strategy into coordinated initiatives and execution plans.
  • Establish and manage program governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks
  • Oversee program budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and financial accountability
  • Manage third-party vendors and external partners, ensuring performance and delivery quality
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams (operations, technology, client service, business)
  • Identify and manage program-level risks, dependencies, and issues, driving resolution
  • Provide executive-level status reporting and lead stakeholder and steering committee communications
  • Accountable for achieving program-level business outcomes and value realization. Lead resource planning and prioritization across program workstreams
  • Drive operational improvements and scalable processes through program initiatives
  • Lead change management and adoption efforts to ensure successful implementation and sustainment

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage large, complex programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies
  • Experience owning program budgets, including forecasting and financial tracking
  • Demonstrated success managing third-party vendors and external partners
  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior leaders and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to drive alignment and influence across cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with program delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting complex call center initiatives
  • Experience utilizing program and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or process improvement initiatives
  • Insurance industry or financial services experience preferred

Education and Experience:

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives, including experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects or programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting insurance brokerage, client service, operations, or digital service delivery environments
  • Experience preparing presentations and communications for senior leadership audiences
  • Experience supporting operational transformation, workflow optimization, or customer service initiatives
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
